Extension of the SVHC - list

ECHA has included twenty other substances in the Candidate list and has updated its internet presence on 19/12/2011. The current Candidate list for SVHC – Substances (Substances of Very High Concern) contains now overall 73 substances. You will find the actual Candidate List under the following new link:
If our products should contain a concentration above 0.1 % weight by weight (w/w) of the new listed Candidate Substances, we will inform you and optimise the recipes of the products concerned. Our product management will suggest possible alternatives, in case you have purchased these products during the past 12 months.
We will provide you with the up-dated material safety data sheets (MSDS) of the products containing substances of the Candidate List with a concentration of more than 0.1 % weight by weight (w/w), if purchased during the past 12 months. Section 3 of the MSDS contains information about the portion and the name of the SVHC - Substance contained in the product.
Hence Rudolf GmbH meets their obligation to provide their customers with information as stipulated by article 31 (1) REACH. Your company as supplier of articles is able to comply with its obligations in the supply chain according to article 33 of the REACH regulation.
Furthermore, Rudolf GmbH confirms that based on the current state of knowledge the products of our core product range do not contain any substances mentioned in the current SVHC - List of 19/12/2011 with a concentration above 0.1 % weight by weight (w/w) as intentionally added recipe components.
