RUCORIT RAL

As of now you can save a lot of water, time and energy when aftertreating your PES-dyeings and thus reduce the costs of aftertreatment drastically. At the same time the rub and wetfastness properties of your fabric are raised to the highest level. Since RUCORIT RAL fully develops its reducing power even with acidic pH just cool the bath to 90 - 85 °C after the termination of the dyeing, add RUCORIT RAL and clear for approx. 15 minutes.

RUCORIT RAL is an uncharged aqueous solution of a sulphinic acid compound and is used as a liquid reducing agent for afterclearing disperse dyeings and prints with acidic pH in a cooling dye bath.

• Clear, colourless liquid
• Specific gravity at 20 °C approx. 1.3 g/cm³
• Resistant to hard water
• Low-foaming
• Avoid contact with concentrated acids or oxidising agents
• Afterclearing is even possible under HT conditions at 110 °C
• When used on Trevira CS the flammability is not impaired

RUCORIT RAZ

RUCORIT RAL is a weakly cationic preparation of modified fatty amine ethoxylates and a sulphinic acid compound and is used as a liquid reducing agent for afterclearing disperse dyeings and prints with acidic pH. Especially suitable for PES/EL-dyeings as well as dark PES/WO-dyeings as an intermediate clearing after the PES-dyeing in a two-bath dyeing process.

• Clear, yellow liquid
• Specific gravity at 20 °C approx. 1.2 g/cm³
• Avoid contact with concentrated acids or oxidising agents
• Miscible with water in any ratio
• Resistant to alkalis, acids and electrolytes in all application concentrations
• Resistant to hard water in all application concentrations
• Very good dissolving and dispersing capacity
• Special product to obtain optimum fastness properties on elastane-containing PES-blends
