BIGSTAR® by THEN is the ideal machine for the bleaching and dyeing of heavy weaves and knits. Moreover, it takes the special demands of terry, pile and plush fabrics into full account. The machine offers maximum production in combination with perfect passage. The “Smart Fill” process guarantees a constant liquor ratio throughout the entire dyeing process.

The design as a boiler with a dome and special storage chamber construction results in very short liquor ratios. The integrated system contains a vertically positioned nozzle, which matches the fabric load, as well as a transport system with laying device for optimum product handling.

The most outstanding machine features are:

  • “Speed Monitor”. This control system provides permanent measurement of the effective rope transport speed
  • “Rapid Cool Rinse”. Simultaneous cooling and rinsing creates considerable time savings.
  • “Pulsating Rinse”. A continuous rinsing process, which does not interrupt fabric circulation.
  • “Powerclean”. A highly efficient spray system for boiling out and machine cleaning.
  • “Pump to drain”. A quick drainage system with the main pump.
