RUCO-LUBĀ®
High-performance Polyethylene Emulsions

RUDOLF offers a whole spectre of polyethylene emulsions of different concentrations and different ionic character. The range contains pure PE-emulsions as well as compounds with paraffin or silicone.

The two basic types of cationic and anionic character mentioned below are specifically modified high-performance oxo-polyethylenes, which form micro-crystal surface structures. The use of these products reduces surface friction and confers highly effective surface smoothness.

Product Ionic character Character Chemistry
RUCO-LUB KSA anionic
  • confers highly effective surface smoothness
  • reduces surface friction
  • smoothing additive to avoid embrittlement
  • non-yellowing, even at extremely high temperatures

RUCO-LUB KPM cationic
  • confers highly effective surface smoothness
  • forms micro-crystal structures
  • reduces surface friction
  • smoothing additive to avoid embrittlement
  • high temperature resistance
  • highly non-volatile
