We would like to provide an up-date regarding the latest development of the corona virus crisis.

As we are all aware the coronavirus has the world in its grip and since the beginning of March 2020 more and tighter precautionary measures are being implemented by governments in Europe.

At Rudolf GmbH our greatest concern is the health of our employees and to keep the company operational. So we have also taken precautionary measures, like stopping travel, restricting visits to the company, implementing home office for desk jobs where possible and reducing potential contact points within the company to minimize the risk of infection.

We are closely monitoring the situation and we are still able to process new orders. Up to now our raw material supplies are not affected, our production is running and we are still able to manage out bound logistics.

Due to the restricted travel policy and the fact that a lot companies are no longer receiving visitors, we cannot provide on-site technical support as we did in the past. We continue to be available for technical discussions with our customers by focussing on remote means like e.g. video-calls. We invite you to continue to engage with your trusted Rudolf Technician via these 'virtual visits'.
